Android Phone Or Blackberry?

Since the Android phones have been around it seems that there is this sort of competition between the Android phone and the Blackberry and people do not know which one to choose. From my point of view they are both good phones and I guess that in the end it only depends on what each one of us prefers. I am going to be a bit subjective on this issue, because I currently have an Android phone. Even so, I was a Blackberry users for quite some time before I bought this new phone.

Considering that Android phones are usually with touch screen, they can be more sensible than Blackberries. This is why Blackberry is a bit better – it is stronger and it can preserve itself a lot better than an Android phone can. Even so, I would always choose an Android phone instead of a Blackberry because I like playing games and having all sorts of apps on my phone and with the Blackberry I could not do all these things.

In addition, the Android OS is a lot better, from my point of view, in comparison to the OS the Blackberry has. It allows you to do a lot more things. I think that Android phones are more for the child inside us and the Blackberry is for those who are more professional, for business people. Everything about this phone makes you think about business and due to its professional aspect, it is a lot better to be used by professionals.

I would not change my Android phone to the Blackberry right now. I am deeply and irrevocably in love with it and I am so fond of it I could even sleep with the phone under my pillow. Therefore, although both types of phones are good and all Android and Blackberry phones are incredible in what concerns smartphones, I would definitely choose the Android.

Number Of Applications Written For Android Vs. Blackberry Os 6 Vs. I Phone 4

This article is actually a battle between some of the biggest players on the mobile phone operating system market, Android, BlackBerry OS and iOS. It’s clear that each one of them has a large number of applications, but which one of them has the most. This is the question we’ll try to answer in the following paragraphs.

Android applications are well known and very popular among smartphone users. Because Android is a free operating system, many mobile phone manufacturers have turned to it, preferring it over their own operating systems, which in the past couldn’t do a lot of things. Today a large number of Android applications can be found on the internet, especially in the Android Market, which is the official marketplace for Android apps.

On the other hand, because the iOS installed on the iPhone is the latest version, it means that this operating system can run most of the apps made for the previous version. Because iPhones were the first smartphones on the market, many people claim that the number of apps available for Apple products is higher than of the apps made for other mobile operating systems. This also happens because a lot of people do  freelance iOS developing. Another thing about the apps for the iOS is that they all come from the same place. iTunes is the place to find everything related to iPhones, from upgrades to music files.

In the more recent times, the number of Android developers has increased, especially because Google encourages users to start developing for their operating system, by selling them special Dev phones which can be used by developers to test their creations. Because of this, a lot more people are focusing on developing for Android than for the iPhones.

BlackBerry applications are not as many as Android or iOS apps because BlackBerry has just lately developed the improved version of their proprietary operating system. On the other hand it’s a simple matter of logic. iPhone is the single best selling phone in the world, so it’s natural to have so many apps. Secondly, Android comes installed on almost every phone model since Google’s operating system came to life. And finally, BlackBerry phones appeal to a certain niche of customers that don’t come in great numbers, so it’s clear that they have the least applications developed for their phones.
