You cannot install the Android operating system on your personal computer, because this is an operating system created for the mobile platforms, such as smartphones and tablets and you all know that a personal computer is something that is bigger and which requires more attention in transportation, because it is not that portable. Android OS most likely it means operating system, but there is something else that this phrase could mean, open source.
